Kinorigo is well known for being a natural stone supplier but had ambitions of being a market leader in porcelain furniture and needed a responsive website to elevate their position in this new marketplace.


The problem

As well as a new product offering, Kinorigo’s sample ordering process also needed attention. It had survived well over a number of years, but was tired and did not offer a good experience on all devices.


The solution

Through a user centred design programme of paper-prototyping, wire-framing I took a complicated sampling process and created a user-friendly flow that gives Kinorigo customers real confidence and well informed when choosing stone colours and finishes.
